INSPIRING GROWTH THROUGH TECHNOLOGY

The Mountain Park Elementary Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide for the enrichment and enhancement of educational programs and opportunities in alignment with the school’s strategic plan.

Through our partnerships with individuals, community organizations and corporate sponsors, the MPE Foundation seeks to provide opportunities for enhanced student learning through 1:1 access to technology.

Having more devices available for classroom use will:

  • Leverage Office 365, which is already available to all students, but currently requires frequent logging in and out of devices.
  • Allow whole-group instruction using the devices.
  • Improve differentiation of instruction across skill levels and learning styles.

Thank you for supporting the MPE Foundation and our Blue Jean Ball. The money raised, along with some flexible funds that the school carried over from last year, are nearly enough to buy 150 iPads. This will accomplish a 1:1 technology ratio for fifth grade immediately, and will also allow the approximately 275 devices that will be supplied by Fulton County Schools to be distributed to grades K-4 only. All classes will have more devices because of your support.
